Payment cards are debited using pay pal, we also except cheques and orders placed over the phone.
Returns Policy
Post and packaging costs are non-refundable and are at the customers expence. If the item is faulty we with either refund or exchange the goods.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT which is currently charged at 20%. Postage will be added on at check out. VAT NO. 901174953
Ordering and Payment
When you have chosen your lovely items they will be added to your shopping basket, where postage will be added according to weight. Alternatively you can place an order over the phone by card payment. Or a cheque will be accepted made payable to La Maison.
Delivery
Goods will be dispatched within 7 working days if the items are in stock, if the items are not in stock you will be advised of a future delivery date. Once the items have been dispatched we can not be held liable for any delay in delivery by post.
